Accounts

Commissioners sign up with an email and password and are responsible for keeping them secure. Players can join a trip without an account; their spot is remembered on their device, and a recovery PIN can move it to a new one. You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (and at least 13).

Your trips and content

You own what you put in Sunday Singles: rosters, scores, photos, videos, itineraries and messages. You give us permission to store, process and display it so the app can run your trip, including showing it to anyone who has your trip's link or code. Commissioners confirm they have permission to add the people, emails and photos they upload, and can remove players and content at any time.

Please don't upload anything unlawful, anything you don't have the rights to, or anything that harasses or impersonates someone, and don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the app's security. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Payments

• Your first round is free, for up to 80 players, once per account.
• After that you pay once per trip, priced by the number of players, for up to 10 rounds. Current prices are on our pricing page. There's no subscription.
• Moving a trip to a bigger player tier charges only the difference.
• Payments are processed by Stripe in US or Canadian dollars. We never see your full card number.
• Referral credits are earned when a friend you referred pays for a trip. They're applied at checkout, expire 90 days after they're earned, and have no cash value.

Refunds

Changed plans? Email sundaysinglesgolf@gmail.comwithin 30 days of paying and we'll refund you in full, as long as no paid round on the trip has been scored (your free round doesn't count). If something on our side breaks during your trip, tell us and we'll make it right, up to a full refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Side games and money

Sunday Singles works out skins, closest to the pin, team bets and other side-game results, and shows who owes whom, as a convenience. We don't hold, collect or transfer money between players: payment links open apps like Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or your bank, and any payment is between you and your group. You're responsible for following the laws that apply where you play.

Scores, handicaps and AI features

We calculate course handicaps, strokes, results and standings from the information entered, including course details typed in or read from a scorecard photo. Check anything that matters, such as prize payouts. AI features (like Gus, our setup assistant, and scorecard and roster import) can make mistakes, so review what they set up. Scores entered with no signal are saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Sunday Singles running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or retire features. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update this page and its effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

Sunday Singles is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between players, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Ending things

You can stop using Sunday Singles at any time and ask us to delete your account or trips. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and contact
